Canavan bio:

Benjamin Canavan currently serves as Deputy Director of the Office of Canadian Affairs at the US Department of State. Over his career, Canavan has worked at US embassies in Guyana, Pakistan, The Netherlands, Malawi, and France along with a variety of roles in Washington, DC, including as Director for European Affairs on the National Security Council (2022-23).
