Or Rabinowitz is senior lecturer in the Department of International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During the 2022-23 academic year, she is a visiting associate professor at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University. She joined AGS to discuss the the nuclear proliferation and how that has evolved to affect the global threat of nuclear warfare.
